Our commitment
Article II of our Constitution requires us to correct errors openly and promptly. Article IX requires us to report on our own performance, including our shortcomings. This page is where both commitments become real, not just stated.

What counts as a correction. Factual errors — a wrong date, a misattributed quote, a misstated figure — get corrected and logged here. Minor copyediting fixes (typos, punctuation) don't, since logging every comma fix would make the log useless as a record of what actually went wrong. [Confirm this threshold matches how you want to handle it — it's the one real policy decision on this page.]
Annual accountability. Beyond individual corrections, Article XI of our Constitution commits us to an Annual Constitutional Accountability Report — a public account of how AI was used, what was corrected, what citizens challenged, and what we're changing as a result. [First report timing — worth deciding now, even if the answer is "one year from today."]
