Thrive in Montco PA is the flagship demonstration of the Moonshot Mission.

It focuses on Montgomery County, Pennsylvania as a living example of how communities can strengthen outcomes for children, families, and citizens by aligning:

• responsible use of AI

At the center of this work is the First 1,000 Days of Life—when the foundations of lifelong health, learning, and opportunity are most powerfully shaped.

The Moonshot Class of 2026 brings a human face to the future of opportunity in America.

Six newborns in Montgomery County represent a larger national question:

What does it take for every child in America to flourish?

This initiative connects local experience to a broader national conversation about Baby Accounts and the long-term conditions that shape opportunity from birth onward.

The People's Commission

Citizen-Led Deliberation in Action

The People's Commission is a model for how communities can think together about complex challenges.
